=== Iron cezve made with one sheet iron by "Shibori" technique ===

The super-rare iron cezve at the request of the customer. It's made by Japanese traditional metal hammering technique "Shibori", of course. It's all handmade spending more than 7 times of Shibori process than frying pans or woks.

=== Clear taste coffee brewed by super-rare iron cezve ===

Cezve is a dedicated pot for making Turkish coffee. To prevent unwanted effects of iron for extracting coffee, it's coated by baking natural Japanese lacquer finish. By virtue of the great balance of heat conductivity of iron, you can get clear and rich tastes different from copper or brass cezves.

=== About metal hammering technique "Shibori" ===

Unlike the forging of the hot working technique, "Shibori" is a Japanese traditional cold working technique.
Properly heat-treated and especially slow-cooled iron can be worked by hand hammering at ordinary temperatures. Also when making like frying pans by forging, the hammer is beating inside of iron sheets, but in "Shibori", it will be beating outside of them like squeezing.
By beating outside like squeezing without hardness change due to temperature change, the iron sheet can be a tough, lightweight, and uniform thickness.
However, using the "Shibori" technique for iron is very difficult and it needs more than twice the time and effort to use for normal soft copper, brass, and silver. For this reason, ”Iron Shibori” is a very rare technique in the world.

=== Excellent durability, light weight===
Unlike inexpensive cezve, there is no welding or brazing on the sides or bottom, and because it is molded from one sheet of iron, resistant to deterioration and deformation. And It's overwhelmingly lighter and stronger than copper or brass ones.

=== Safety ===
The materials of Real Classic Cezve are iron and natural Japanese lacquer only! There is no coating with chemical substances. It's completely safe. By virtue of no anticorrosive paint, burning off the chemical paint before use is also unnecessary.

=== How to brew Turkish coffee (example) ===
1) Boil water in the cezve (60-70ml per cup, 2 cups can be brewed)

2) When it boils, turn off the heat and add finely ground coffee powder (6-7g per cup).

3) Mix slowly with a spoon while warming on low heat.

4) When it foams, turn off the heat (do not bring it to a boil), wait for a little until it settles down, and put it on the fire again. (Repeat this about 3 times)

5) First, scoop and put the foam in a cup with a spoon, pour coffee, wait a moment and drink after the coffee powder sinks.

(If you use strong fire, the grip may become hot. Please be careful with burns)

=== About Care ===
After use, please wash with hot water. Since the lacquer coating on the surface will be lost, wire wool and abrasive sponge are prohibited. Afterward please dry with a towel etc.

トルココーヒー自体、あまり日本で知られていないですが、大変奥深いことがこのジェズヴェでわかりました。コーヒーの粉を入れるタイミングや豆の挽き方など組み合わせは無数にあります。私はエスプレッソのような濃厚な味が好きなのですが、バッチリできます。大満足です。鉄の肌の質感も痺れます。
